• Marketing goals, monthly leads target, marketing budget
• TCPA consent timestamp and acknowledgment

Collected automatically when you visit the Site:

• Pages visited, referring URL, session duration

We do not collect or store payment card data. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver your free audit and game plan
• Follow up on your inquiry via phone, text, or email (with your consent)
• Send service-related and marketing communications
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Operate and improve our Site and AI systems
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Text Messages, Calls, and Emails (TCPA / CAN-SPAM)

By submitting our intake form and checking the consent box, you consent to receive calls, text messages (including automated messages), and emails from Boosted Leads regarding your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of texts: Reply STOP at any time.
To opt out of emails: Click Unsubscribe in any email we send.

Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages related to your active service engagement.

Calls routed through Twilio tracking numbers may be recorded. Callers receive a disclosure before the call connects. Recordings are used for quality assurance and lead attribution only and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with service providers necessary to deliver our services:

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We may also disclose your information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Boosted Leads or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. New York SHIELD Act

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, consistent with requirements under New York's Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security (SHIELD) Act.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools. Our AI chat assistant (ELIAS) is powered by Anthropic's API; chat messages are not stored by us beyond your active session.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults operating lawful U.S. businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted information and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
